Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Luxe Reset is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Other factors beyond our control

Shipping Locations

At this time, Luxe Reset ships within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Luxe Reset is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Luxe Reset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
