Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, untampered with, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

⚠️ Opened, used, or tampered-with items are not eligible for refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an item has been opened.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following situations only:

1. Change-of-Mind Exchanges (Unopened Items)

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened, unused, untampered, and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (return + reshipment)

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order to ensure they select the product best suited to their needs.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ve got you.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage or issue

  • Luxe Reset will cover shipping costs for approved replacements or exchanges

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Final Sale Items

  • Opened items

  • Used items

  • Tampered products

These items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
